Excellent Stay in the City Center

The location proved great. Main attractions were within walking distance, very convenient. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast offered good choices with many greens.

The elevator could be difficult to reach from the entrance. (My mom had a rollator.)

Really good Stay!

The hotel location allowed us to walk EVERYWHERE. I liked that the staff members were kind and helpful. Our King Double Balcony Including smoking area was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide array of choices and fresh options.

I found that the elevator was a bit small, sometimes requiring a wait.

The location was ideal (close to everything). The breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The room was small. I noticed the carpet seemed a bit dirty. The window faced an inner courtyard with air conditioning units, and they were noisy at night.

the toilet seat was not properly fitted. it kept slipping. the carpet was dirty. the inner courtyard view was not great. my room basically had a window that opened into a small square tube. i wouldn't describe it as a suite

the staff was kind. they were also very helpful. the whole place was very clean, i thought. the breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious with a brand new shower cabin.

the toilet seat didn't fit correctly, it kept slipping. the sofa bed was made up, but i wanted a sofa. i asked for bedding to be removed, the sofa was tatty.
